The BDYTEK CONTROL Method

Every shift, run to a method.

Most security companies send guards. We run operations - planned, briefed, supervised, and documented. Seven stages, every job, no exceptions. C.O.N.T.R.O.L.

Seven stages, one standard

The CONTROL Method, step by step

Each letter is a stage every job moves through. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is left to a snap judgement on the night.

01CConsult

It starts in person. Every time.

We don't send a number across in an email. We show up, walk the venue with you, and have a real conversation - entry and exit points, lighting and blind spots, bar and bottle-service areas, crowd flow and pinch points, CCTV, gaming and smoking areas, and any venue-specific high-risk zones. We draw out the real pain points: previous incidents, difficult nights, and how communication with your last provider actually worked.

What you get Transparent, consistent pricing - what changes is the resourcing we recommend, not the goalposts.
02OOperational Plan

Good security starts long before the first shift

We work from the history - incident records, crowd demographics, licence conditions, and any council requirements - then build the plan with you. Every job gets a written plan: guard numbers and positions, emergency and evacuation procedures, communication between our team and yours, and a clear escalation path. If budget is a factor, we're straight with you about what's achievable and where the gaps sit - upfront, never on the night.

What you get A written plan your whole team is across before anyone walks through the door.
03NNotify & Brief

Every guard arrives already knowing your venue

Notification goes out early, always before the first shift - and where we can, the supervisor walks the site with new staff beforehand. The brief reaches each guard's phone through our compliance and rostering platform: uniform standard, on-site communication codes, a venue map with muster points, post positions, house rules, and any known risks. Staff sign off electronically that they've read and understood it, and the supervisor runs a hard-copy pre-shift briefing on site.

What you get A team that knows the venue before they arrive - every box ticked before doors open.
04TTeam on Shift

Recognisable from the door

Full uniform, pressed and clean. Licence and ID displayed. Professional, approachable, and calm - that's the standard, every time. We lead with communication: the ability to connect with a patron and de-escalate is the skill we hire for, not size and not volume. On the ground, our teams operate through structured communication, clearly defined roles, and escalation pathways that keep situations controlled.

What you get People who represent your venue as much as they protect it.
05RRespond & Supervise

Structured response - nothing left to chance

When something happens, the whole team follows a structured escalation process. We exhaust every de-escalation option first; where a situation escalates beyond the team, police are called without hesitation and everything is documented as it unfolds. No guard is ever left to handle a serious situation alone, and you're kept informed throughout. Supervision runs at every level - site supervisor on the ground, operations manager across all sites, and management reachable for anything serious.

What you get Your venue covered - and our people going home safe, which matters to us just as much.
06OOutput (Report)

Before we leave, the paperwork is done

Every shift produces a complete record: incident reports for anything that occurred, sign-on and sign-off documentation, and a summary of the night for the venue manager. Reporting is delivered the same night where possible, never beyond 24 hours, in whatever format suits you. Every incident report captures the full picture - time, location, persons involved, actions taken, outcome, and the licence numbers of the staff involved.

What you get A thorough record that protects your venue - and your licence - if an incident is ever disputed.
07LLong-term Refinement

A BDYTEK contract doesn't stand still

We review incident reports for patterns, debrief after anything significant, and check in with you regularly - monthly at minimum for ongoing clients. What changes is whatever the evidence says should change: guard positions, staffing numbers, communication procedures, the brief, site-specific instructions. At renewal, we run a full review against what we set out to achieve.

What you get The longer we work together, the better we protect your venue specifically.
Calm holds the room.
